Project Team

This website has been designed and developed by three bright, energetic, enthusiastic, dedicated and able students:  Joni Miller, Tyson Groeger, and Emyrs Miller.  During the project, each focused on their own speciality, and all participated in html coding and page layout.

Joni

Joni Miller, (jam@uvic.ca), has a B.A. in History and French and a B.C. teaching certificate (UVic). She has taught E.S.L. in France, conducted legal and historical research for government positions, and busks on weekends with her mandolin.  Joni is interested in teaching in international schools, especially the United World Colleges, and working in a multicultural environment.  She can now speak computer babble with the best of them!

For the project, Joni was responsible for historical research, editing, and French translation.  She also acted as the insistent spell checker and compact disk jockey!

Tyson

Tyson Groeger is currently (summer 96) a third year UVic Electrical Engineering student.  He plans to specialize in the communications field and enjoys working with computers and electronics.  Tyson can be contacted by email for any employment prospects, (tgroeger@sirius.uvic.ca).

For the project, Tyson designed the server structure, provided html support, and acted as a general computer guru!

Emrys

Emrys Damon Miller is presently (summer 96) a fourth year UVic art student.  He hopes to work in cinema or graphic novels, and does design and illustration work to support these interests.  He has published art and illustrations in magazines (including Chaos magazine).  As well, he does freelance photography, some music projects, and exhibitions.  He is always interested in creative work opportunities, (emrys@uvic.ca)!

For the project, Emrys was responsible for scanning, aesthetics, and design.  He also acted as the deadline enforcer!
